Mandarake is unable to undervalue entire shipments
Due to an amendment of taxation within Japan including the customs regulation, the declration value on all out-going packages needs to match your order payment. This is a result of electronic shipping declaration becoming obligatory. Undervaluing declaration value on commercial shipments is now strictly prohibited and has been subject to penalty charge on the shipper.
Please be informed that our store is unable to undervalue shipments regardless destination, and we may not be able to respond to your request / enquiry of undervaluing orders.
DHL Shipping Notice
From May 3rd to May 6th, DHL Japan will not be shipping due to the Japanese Golden Week Holidays.

Important update regarding shipments to the United States
Starting Monday, April 21st, 2025, DHL has suspended the collection and shipping of shipments to the United States where the declared customs value exceeds 800 USD.
Please keep in mind we cannot undervalue shipments.
If your shipment exceeds 800 USD, please consider switching shipping methods or splitting the shipments into several boxes.

You can still add items to your order independently within 24 hours.
However, If you wish to add items to an existing order after this 24-hour period,
please contact the store directly.

Update regarding Mandarke's Ordering System
Starting October 28th (12:00PM JST), we're making a change to how orders are managed
[Update in Order Process]
To make your shopping experience smoother, shipping costs will now be displayed upfront during checkout (except for unusually shaped or oversized items). Customers no longer need to wait for an Order Notification with an invoice to make a payment. The shipping process will begin as soon as payment is received.
For orders placed from our online store, items available may also be available in our physical stores. Store staff need to manually verify the actual stock levels, so there is a chance that some items may be sold out by the time your order is processed.
[In Case of Sold-Out Items]
If any item in your paid order is sold out, we will ship the rest of your order. If you'd prefer to cancel the order if specific key items are out of stock, simply check the appropriate box during checkout.
[Order Combining]
We can no longer combine separate orders on your behalf, but you now have the flexibility to add items to an existing order for up to 96 hours after placing it. This option is available if:
- The additional items are from the same store.
- The order status is "Checking Item Availability" or "Awaiting Payment."
- To add items, use the "Add Item" feature and enjoy a more flexible shopping experience!
